Emma Lebedev is the Vice President and Co-Founder of Community Mortgage Group. Mortgage Equity Partners has acquired Community Mortgage Group as of early 2020. Emma and her team are now part of an organization with lending power across the East Coast. Emma has been in the mortgage & real estate industries for more than 22 years and continues to manage the day to day operations of the branch serving Maryland, Virginia, Florida, and Washington DC.
Emma has been immersed in all aspects of the mortgage and real estate business in her highly successful career. She is a licensed CPA with experience as a CFO, Controller, Marketing Director, Branch Manager, and a top-performing, licensed loan officer. Emma also holds an MBA from Kiev State University.
Emma’s focus is on customer service and client retention. She is a strategic planner that values educating the customer and transparency in the loan process. “I get great fulfillment by helping people get into homes and seeing the stability, sense of community and pride it gives them,” she said.
When Emma is not working, which is not often, she enjoys spending time with her cherished family and friends.
